The final paper format is the same as indicated on the submission page. The authors are strongly encouraged to apply IEEE style for the submitted manuscript. The manuscript file type must be PDF only, otherwise it will be rejected. The authors are strongly encouraged to check that it prints correctly before uploading. A quick check of the paper will be performed, resulting in non inclusion in the CD-ROM in case of important deficiencies.

The maximum number of pages is 7. EDAS will block uploading beyond 7 pages. Authors wishing to exceed this limit may do it, but will be subjected to extra page charges as indicated here. In addition, the paper should be directly sent to SEE by e-mail prior to the deadline, together with the registration.

The authors are strongly encouraged to cope with reviewers recommendations and instructions when submitting the final paper, in order to guarantee a high quality paper. All authors should upload the updated paper through EDAS. Authors are warned that a new uploading is an absolute requirement for incorporation in the conference program and conference CD-ROM. In addition it is required that at least one author registered before the submission deadline (see here).
